Who You Are
You’re going to be highly motivated and ambitious, full of positive attitude and ready to jump into a brand new challenge with a forward thinking digital marketing agency. You’ll be extremely experienced in all types of sales strategy, and have an excellent digital knowledge across all disciplines.
With excellent communication skills, being comfortable on the phone and in person is a given. You’ll be great at persuasion and negotiation, and be ready and able to drive the sales process to new heights.
Above all, you’ll have great ability at building relationships, love nurturing prospects and seeing a project right through to a successful conclusion.
What You’ll Do
Right from day one, you’ll have the ability to drive and shape the sales process at Return on Digital, devising new marketing strategy, improving contact techniques and bringing plenty of new ideas to the table.
You’ll be responsible for identifying and following up all new in bound leads and enquires at Return On Digital, qualifying potential new clients, and nurturing them through the new business process.
Using your knowledge of online sales tools, you’ll work with the inbound marketing team on lead generation, tracking, measuring and reporting on your performance.
You’ll be extremely organised and on-the-ball, managing new leads, ensuring important documents are completed and making sure proposals get sent out on time.
Above all, you’ll be overseeing the whole sales process to convert potential clients into new business for the company.

- Proven track record with exceptional sales and marketing skills
- Excellent communications skills and strong relationship building ability
- Strong management skills and confidence to work with internal and external teams
- Great knowledge of sales tools like Hubspot, Salesforce and Microsoft CRM
- Good analytical, qualifying and reporting abilities on lead generation
- Great commercial awareness across B2B and B2C sectors
- Excellent knowledge of all digital marketing strategies
