Why work for Return On Digital?
I personally launched Return in September 2008 with one thing in mind: excellence. I wanted to create an agency where clients were ecstatic with the results we generated for them and where staff would love coming in to work. It’s a bit idealistic I know, but happy clients and happy team make work fun, and as we spend most of our time at work, that seemed very important to me.
So how can we keep work enjoyable, even in a fast growing company where excellence is demanded?
As part of our culture, we have one major corner stone, and that is confidence. As the leader of our team, I want each and every person to be confident in their ability. For me, this comes from giving people the best training and support with one to one time with senior team members and no ‘public tellings off!’ We work hard and play hard but we want people who want to grow, however senior or junior they are.
What does your future hold?
We have grown from a one man band to a well respected agency in 3 years, and we are not stopping there. We are always on the lookout for talented people who want to join the party and help us to further develop into the industry leader we are becoming. We have close links with universities and employ a range of people from grads to senior battle scarred experts. We have also been known to offer work experience and internships.
