I have seen some poor PPC errors in my time but this is a cracker!
Anybody who is used to running AdWords search query reports will have seen some text saying “2 other unique queries”, “3 other unique queries” etc in the text field.

Most people would know better than adding these keywords to their live campaigns and then again…
Try performing a Google search for “3 other unique queries” and you would be suprised at the amount of advertisers that appear – some even displaying the search phrase in their headline text.
