Google’s move from a free service to a cost per click model in Google Shopping may cause serious disruption for existing and potential users. The changes are due to roll out from the 13th February so what does this mean for your business?

As well as a change to the process (which is no longer a case of simply submitting a product feed) the change to a cost per click model could remove the level playing field that existed in the free model, ensuring that bigger retailers get more exposure as they have the budgets to pay for a higher cost per click.
