As I am sure you are more than aware, drivers are feeling the pinch with what seems to be a never ending series of fuel price increases – and if you want to know exactly how much it’s costing you, help is at hand from the people at Google.
It would appear that Google Maps have reacted to the ever increasing costs of fuel by introducing a Fuel Cost Estimator to it’s driving directions funtionality.
Quite simply, enter your start point and final destination – and when the results are displayed, scroll to the bottom where you can select your vehicle type, fuel type and fuel price.
Would seem my regular drive home to watch BWFC play costs me £4.93 each way, which at the moment seems a perfectly valid reason to stop going:
