CRO article for Real Business Magazine

I have just published the latest article for my Real Business column. I think its quite interesting as it looks at how the web is changing by moving from search to social recommendation, but also how we now need to pay more attention than ever on what we do with people once they arrive at our site.

My thinking is more creating an street level map as opposed to the Mona Lisa. A picture looks pretty, but a street level map guides people from a starting point to an end point. The start is arriving at a site, the end is taking action.
